How Tism started
Tism Productions started in 2024 as a home for the founder's music production work. It was supposed to be simple—make music, put it out, book shows.
But once you're inside the industry, you start seeing the problems. Distribution takes a cut. Licensing is a maze. Agencies want their percentage. Ticketing platforms extract value at every step. The barriers to entry for someone who just wants to make music are absurd.
That pattern wasn't unique to music. Country rodeos, art museums, car shows in parking lots—no matter the type of creative event or business, the same rent-seeking behavior showed up. Ticketing, security, safety, management, rentals. Every layer had someone extracting profit without adding value. Tism expanded to address those gaps.
Who we work with
We work with partners and providers who prioritize people, art, and community over profit. If you've heard about us, it's likely because you met the founder or someone who has worked with us. Our reputation stands for itself.
We partner with artists, management teams, venues, tour staff, festival producers, galleries, museums, and local governments—anyone working to create meaningful experiences in the creative space.
How we work
Tism is a collective. We work with people on our wavelength—people who see patterns others miss, who are driven by what inspires them, who refuse to compromise their vision for convenience.
We're selective. We only take on projects driven by passion, not profit. If you're building something meaningful and need the infrastructure to support it, or if you have a vision that's stuck at execution, that's where we come in. Everything we do comes back to building community, inspiring change, empowering people, and respecting diversity—not as buzzwords, but as the actual work.
